They’re paths are set to cross when Jen Hawke is (most likely) dropped into the first ever Aussie series of Bachelor in Paradise as an intruder.
And The Bachelor beauty doesn’t mince her words when addressing her former flame Blake Colman, who is being investigated by police in relation to claims he threatened to sell nude photos of her.
“If I was to come face-to-face with Blake? He loves a good head game, he’ll probably try and make me jealous,” Jen tells us.
“But for me, there really are no feelings there whatsoever. The guy means absolutely nothing to me so I’d probably just pass him by and move onto the next guy, who is probably better looking and definitely has a better personality, because it’s not hard to have a better personality than him,” she laughs.
But behind Jen’s infamous villain cackle, the 27-year-old says she wants to encourage other women in similar situations to speak out.
“What I really want women to know is that domestic abuse isn’t just a violent act against you. It is someone emotionally intimidating you, it is someone emotionally manipulating you. My advice is get someone you trust, whether it be your mum or sister, talk to them about it,” she says.

“And if you think something is not right for a loved one, pull them aside and say something. Talk about it! It’s not normal. It should not be accepted or condoned.”
“The whole issue with Blake is, it is domestic abuse. It is violence against women. It is harassment against women. We need to talk about it and not put the blame game on women and say, ‘she’s asking for it! She chose to be with that person.’”
“Blake and I have nothing to do with each other and the police are doing their job at the moment, that’s all I’m really allowed to say about it while the investigation is ongoing,” Jen reveals.
It was only in August Jen told us she was in a secret relationship, who we know now to be Blake from Sophie Monk’s series of The Bachelorette, who made her “really happy.”
So what went wrong?
“We were really happy but distance did play a part in it. Everything was a little bit tense because he was back in Perth and expected to be moving to Sydney but things weren’t falling into place for him in regards to finances and his job.”
“He wasn’t able to move to Sydney and then jealously became a big part of it. One day he just lost his absolute cracker at me because he thought I flirted with [Bachelorette season two star] Courtney Dober at an event,” the marketing manager says.
Adding: “You know what? I was flirting with Courtney Dober, I flirted with him quite recently! At the time I said it wasn’t really flirting but now I’m out of that situation and I’m not getting abused, I’m like ‘yep I was definitely flirting.'”
Despite the nasty break-up with Blake, Jen has her sights set on the future and while she “wouldn’t confirm or deny” if we can expect her to join the Bachie gang in Fiji as they film BIP, she does know who her top choice is to go on a date with.
“I think I’ve had my fair share of Bachelor boys but if I could pick any Bachelor boy, it would probably be Luke McLeod from Sophie’s season. I think he’s pretty dreamy and he surfs!”
As filming for Bachelor in Paradise gets underway in Fiji, Jen says she’d make for the “ultimate intruder” but we’ll “just have to wait and see.”
“Everyone is a little surprised that they haven’t seen me on the island already and I’m not one of those early birds on the show.”
“Knowing that Blake’s there, knowing that [ex-boyfriend] Jake Ellis is there, knowing that I have had run-ins with Elora and Keira – you’ve got two ex-boyfriends, two enemies, and Leah Costa and I are having issues at the moment so I think I’d be the ultimate bomb drop,” she teases.
Jen couldn’t help laugh over the recent photos of her arch nemesis Keira Maguire on an awkward-looking date with Michael Turnbull during filming for BIP.
“I think Michael is a bit of a legend, I love the fact the producers are really, really stirring the pot. I think it’s all karma at this point and I think it’s wonderful that this is happening. I don’t think Keira can find true love anywhere.”
For now, Jen is focusing on helping raise funds for a charity that’s very dear to her heart – Movember.
And you can even score a date with her! That’s right, Jen is offering a one-on-one date to the highest bidder.
“I think I’m scaring off the bids at the moment, come on guys! Get in there. I’m not even that expensive at the moment,” she confesses.
“The highest bidder so far is around the $100 mark. I’m even willing to fly to a different state to take someone on the date.”
