They may have finally confirmed their relationship with public displays of affection — most recently at Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammys party — but Jamie Foxx is still not ready to talk about girlfriend Katie Holmes.

The actor recently walked out of a live interview with ESPN when he was asked about whether or not he played basketball with the actress on Valentine’s Day. The on-air interview was taking place just before Jamie was due to take part in an all-star celebrity basketball game.

It”s official: Hollywood’s worst kept secret finally out of the bag.

Despite the awkward interview, Jamie wasn’t angry or rude — indeed, he was smiling coyly the entire time, proving that there was no bad blood behind his decision not to talk.

The couple has been linked for several years, with many speculating that they were forced to keep their relationship a secret thanks to a strange clause in Katie’s divorce settlement with former husband Tom Cruise.

Katie would often wear wigs and disguises for her covert meet-ups with Jamie.

The clause reportedly meant that the actress was unable to “publicly date” anyone else for five years after the 2012 split. Then, in July of last year, the couple were spotted holding hands on a beach in Malibu, five years after Katie’s divorce from Tom was finalized.

Grazia Daily uncovered the rumors of the secret clause through an interview with Ronald Miscavige, the father of the head of Scientology, David Miscavige, in which he revealed, “Nobody knows for sure if she signed the agreement, but I know that when she left him she did date other people on the sly. I’m sure she’s eager to get her life back and not have to hide her romance any more.”
