Gogglebox Australia star Sarah Marie is 19-weeks pregnant and while expecting a new bub can be an exciting time, the TV personality revealed that not every moment is sunshine and roses.
Posting an image of her burgeoning baby belly on social media, Sarah-Marie made a candid confession about her pregnancy that many mums-to-be can relate to.
She revealed that she was suffering from eczema on her upper left arm, had sunken eyes, dry skin and lips as well as bruised swollen bleeding gums and was “tired 24/7”.
“Not everyone glows when they are pregnant,” Sarah-Marie added.
“Some of us go through a phase where we feel more like a ghost in a shell, not ourselves and you can’t help feel ugly and dull.”
However, Sarah-Marie said the safe arrival of her new bundle of joy would be worth it.
“If my baby is healthy that’s all that matters, of course. But this message is more for pregnant women out there who are going through the same thing,” she penned.
“You are not alone! It’s all worth it for the blessing of a child.”

Alongside the happy snap, Sarah Marie confirmed the pregnancy news, writing: “Matty and I are excited to finally announce that we are having a baby! 💙”

“After 3 months of morning sickness (which i didn’t realise actually lasts 24/7 not just in the morning), feeling sleepy all day and hormonal mood swings I’m finally starting to feel more myself,” Sarah penned.
“I know we are blessed to be pregnant and i pray for all of those out there that are trying to also start a family 🙏🏽 We cant wait to meet our baby boy 💙”Sara Marie later added the hashtags: “#babyboyfahd #comingsoon #itsaboy #werehavingababy #morningsicknessisreal”
Even their pet dog was included in the adorable Instagram announcement, with the pooch holding up a sign reading “Big brother.” Aww! Too cute!
