Former Bachelor Richie Strahan has obviously found solace from his break with Alex Nation in the warm hug of a gym.
The 32-year-old just took to Instagram to reveal his crazy ripped body – and, oh my!
Richie has been hitting the boxing ring recently – as also shown on his Insta – and he even won a charity fight in Perth last weekend.

We’re loving Richie 2.0, and watching him bounce back via his social media posts. The publicity surrounding his break up with Alex Nation would have been tricky for Richie to navigate, after she left him for a team mate from her women’s AFL team.
While kind of a private guy – well, as private as a former reality TV bachie can be – he did speak out about his break-up with Alex last year.
“I guess the brightest spark can fizzle fast. We made some bad choices back in June and our relationship really struggled to recover for months after. It didn’t matter how much effort I put into it – sometimes these things are destined to fail,” he told a local publication.
“Relationships don’t work out all the time and that’s OK. If it’s not meant to be then maybe that’s a blessing in disguise.”
Meanwhile, Alex has been caught up in her own new love triangle with recent photos of her cuddling up with a male model Harrison Luna. The pair were seen cuddling up to one another several times during a night in Melbourne, and even exchanged numbers in full view of bystanders.
