Delta Goodrem is said to be reeling over news her former flame Nick Jonas is dating stunning actress Priyanka Chopra.
Woman’s Day can reveal the talented singer shared a top-secret hook-up with her ex in Los Angeles earlier this year, sparking hopes they would reunite after their split in 2012.

Delta, 33, who co-stars on The Voice with Nick’s brother Joe Jonas, has been spending “loads of time” with the siblings in Australia.
And according to our insider, “[Delta’s] started to have feelings for Nick again.”
“They stayed in touch via text and FaceTime after he left, and he promised he’d be back,” says a source. “Delta wanted to wait and confess her renewed feelings for him face-to-face.”
Nick returned to Sydney last week, but Delta’s hopes of a romantic reunion were dashed when he confessed he’s getting serious with Quantico star Priyanka – who happens to be Duchess Meghan’s close friend.
“Delta was left heartbroken. She feels she can’t compete with a hottie from Hollywood, whose best friends are royals,” our source says.
“She just put on a brave face and continued to hang out with Joe and Nick.”
Nick, 25, who’s eight years Delta’s junior, and his brother Joe appear to have no idea of Delta’s private pain.
“Nick’s been on set a lot, and they’re still good friends so it’s made this whole thing easier,” Joe said nonchalantly last week on Kyle and Jackie O’s KIIS FM radio show.
“That’s what makes it fun [for me] because we’re like sister and brother.”
Meanwhile, Delta was seen out partying hard with her Voice co-star Boy George at the weekend, which friends say is her way of dealing with being forced to watch Nick and Priyanka’s hot new romance play out on social media.
And The Voice coach is struggling to control her jealousy.
It’s not just a fling: Nick recently invited Priyanka to his cousin’s wedding.
Making matters worse is their entire mutual friendship group – not to mention every gossip blog – is speculating whether Nick’s the newest member of the royal family’s inner circle.
“Priyanka is one of Meghan’s best friends, so she’ll definitely introduce Nick to her and Prince Harry soon,” the source says.
“But word is Priyanka’s worried about Nick being far away from LA and spending time with Delta.
“No doubt Meghan will be counselling her through that anxiety. She would say what everyone else can see – Nick is obviously obsessed with Priyanka and doesn’t have eyes for anyone else anymore.”
In fact, it’s believed Meghan has promised to do her best to play matchmaker for Delta when she’s in Sydney for the Invictus Games in October, in the hopes she’ll forget about Nick.
Priyanka and Meghan have been friends for years.
It’s just the latest blow for unlucky-in-love Delta, who’s still recovering from a break-up with Aussie musician Matthew Copley.
“She began to miss Nick soon after she dumped Matthew. Delta realised Matthew wasn’t right for her, which is why being back with Nick felt so right,” our source says.
“Nick was always a gentleman and she trusted him implicitly, even though he’s a global star. But unfortunately it looks like she waited too long to launch her plan to get Nick back.”
