We’re accustomed seeing her in perfectly pulled-together TV-ready outfits every night on The Project.
But this week, Carrie Bickmore showed off a whole new sartorial side.
The adventurous look was styled by Carrie’s 13-year-old son Oliver who opted to dress his mum in a colourful tie-dye ensemble.
Carrie was clearly feeling herself in the bright and matching tie-dye tracksuit combo as she posed on the set of her radio show with a confident peace sign and her tousled blonde locks.
“Went clothes shopping with my 13 year old and walked out looking like a teenager myself 🤣🙄.
“I am about a year too late for a matching tie-dye trackie but it’s my vibe😎,” the mother-of-three joked.
Carrie also made a hilarious comment at her expense for her next out-there ensemble.
“Up next a hyper colour t-shirt and some parachute pants 😋,” she quipped.
Her post was quickly inundated with comments from famous friends getting behind her zany outfit.
“Hahaha I actually love this look on you Bickers!!” Chezzi Denyer said.
“I LOVE this on you!!” Erin McNaught agreed.
Carrie’s fans were equally enthusiastic about the outfit, with many asking where her son found the outfit and calls to bring back the tie-dye trend.
“Love the tie dye look. Bring back the Hypercolour T-Shirts I say!!!!,” said one fan and another shared, “Oh I love !! What brand are they? My 3 kids would love me in those !!”
This week has been back to work and reality for Carrie after she returned for a school holidays getaway with her family at the stunning Victoria location, Phillip Island.
Carrie took to her Instagram to commemorate the trip by sharing a number of stunning scenic snaps of herself and her children, Oliver, Evie and Adelaide along with her partner Chris Walker during their family holiday to Phillip Island.
“Well Phillip Island you really were a delight,” the TV star wrote in the caption.
“Back to work and school tomorrow with lovely memories swirling in my head (so many memories I couldn’t pick which to post so I posted them all),” she added.
