Becky Miles has shared a candid post that traverses the highs and lows she has experienced during her pregnancy so far.
The former Bachelorette, who has reached her 23rd week of pregnancy, shared two mirror selfies to Instagram showing off her growing bump while wearing a midi skirt and a long sleeve black top.
“I love being pregnant and having my cute lil bump. There’s something just so magical about growing a little human inside of me,” she wrote.
“But I would be lying if I said that there weren’t days where I’m not feeling glowy or cute.
“There are days where I feel full-term dealing with pelvic plan, feeling insecure about my growing breasts and bum, sore feet with my ankles that are disappearing and feeling much less mobile,” she continued.
“It is a rollercoaster, but a little beautiful ride that I know will be well worth it when I see your little face 💛.”
Becky’s message resonated with her fans, and they shared words of encouragement in her comments section.
One shared, “I feel ya mumma! I had horrendous pelvic pain from 20 weeks. But it’s all so worth it! Sending you lots of healing energy 🥰 listen to your body and take it easy lots of stretching and pelvic stretches and yoga is great! Xx.”
Another commented, “You look incredible! Hang in there mama, it sure is worth it when you have them earth-side & in your arms 💛✨.”
Becky has taken her fans along the ride with her since she announced her news with The Daily Telegraph last month.
The 31-year-old openly discussed her fears over getting COVID while expecting.
“It really hit me yesterday, last night and this morning,” she said during an Instagram video.
“Just aches, pains, hot and cold, sore throat, headaches, nasal drip. It’s all in my head. I don’t feel like doing anything so I’ve been sitting here on the couch had a nap.
“It’s a little bit of a worry, especially being pregnant, I was really hoping to avoid it.”
She also posted about feeling her baby for the first time.
“So I’ve really been wanting to feel kicks, the “flutters” to have my pregnancy feel so much more REAL, less of a dream,” she penned.
“I had been reading up on when to feel those kicks (as early as 16 weeks, up to 22 weeks they say), and with people asking, “oh have you felt them kick yet”, “oh surely you’ll feel the flutters soon”… so with this week finally feeling movement – it’s been THE BEST feeling 💫.”
