“The kids did so well, I was very proud,” she told the Herald Sun.
“They were really excited to do the shoot. I told them they would be asked to say their line a few times to get it right, and they would be wearing a microphone.”
Clearly her kiddies have taken after her and are complete naturals in front of the camera.
At the end of the day, the 32-year-old just wants her little ones to be happy in whatever they do.
“Most importantly, I just told them to have fun.”
For the couple’s eldest, Mia thought her time in the lime light was enjoyable.
“Ava remembers all of her lines and Cruz couldn’t stop eating the sandwiches between takes,” she said.
“He probably at least five sandwiches all up,” she laughed, adding, “I’m not kidding.”
The kids filmed the ad on their beloved home turf, at Melbourne Park with Rod Laver Arena just in the background.
“It’s definitely familiar territory,” she said.
“It brings back so many great memories and I think the kids will always feel at home near a tennis court.”
The Hewitts are loving life back down under with the mum-of-three quipping, “We’ve settled in and everyone is very friendly and welcoming, so we are really enjoying being here.”
