His comedy partner-in-crime, Hamish Blake, already has two children with his wife Zoë Foster Blake. So is Andy Lee about to join him by becoming a parent?

The comedian, who’s dating model Rebecca Harding, isn’t quite ready.

“When people talk about slowing things down to have a family, I’m like, ‘Nope, it’s all about golf,'” Andy, 37, jokes. “I think that’ll happen soon with me and Rebecca, but we don’t look too far in advance.”

Andy and Rebecca first met in 2015, when the aspiring model served the radio host at a café in Melbourne where she worked as a waitress.

The pair dated until mid-2016, when they temporarily parted ways before reconciling later that year in December.

Of facing public pressure to marry, Andy tells TV WEEK that he’s not ‘bothered’ by that kind of thing.

“We have a different approach in my family, and we’re not bothered by those things at all,” he says.

“No-one is putting pressure on for a wedding.”

With several TV projects in the works, he admits that while having some downtime is great, it won’t be permanent.

“It’s nice to be a bit more settled,” Andy says. “Although in saying that, I always get itchy feet.”

He’s currently a team leader on Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation. A fan of host Shaun Micallef, Andy jumped at the chance to be on the show.

“It was a no-brainer,” he says. “Shaun is one of the best comedy minds.”

However, he admits it’s been hard to adjust to not having Hamish by his side.

“During filming, every guest on my team I accidentally called Hamish,” Andy laughs.
