Just months after Woman’s Day exclusively revealed Home And Away star Ada Nicodemou was in the midst of a bitter dispute with her ex-husband Chrys Xipolitas, after police took out a temporary AVO to protect Chrys from Ada’s partner Adam Rigby, rumours have surfaced she’s quietly split from Adam.
Taking to Instagram last week, the brunette beauty made a pointed post about her struggles behind the scenes, opening up to her 335,000 followers about her personal battles.
“Struggles are required in order to survive in life,” wrote an emotional Ada. “Because in order to stand up, you gotta know what falling down is like.”
Fans were quick to throw their support behind the mother-of-one.
“Such very true words, we just have to. One foot after the other and one day at a time, we climb back up to the top. Take care lovely,” wrote a fan.
While another added, “Falling down is sh*t, rising again is courageous.”
Rumours have surfaced recently that Ada has quietly split with partner Adam Rigby.

Unfortunately, the 42-year-old’s start to the year has been plagued by a string of personal issues.
In January, a temporary apprehended violence order was placed on her 50-year-old boyfriend, following an alleged Christmas Day altercation with ex Chrys.
Back in January, Adam attended Sutherland Local Court to set a hearing date for June, when his solicitor will fight the order.
Now, sources say the pressure might have taken its toll on the couple’s relationship.
“Of course it’s been stressful for Ada and Adam, she can’t help but feel guilty that Adam has been dragged into her messy personal life.”
The star – who usually posts frequently with Adam – has noticeably only been posting images of herself lately, and accompanying the images with cryptic captions.
(Image: Instagram)Interestingly, it’s been over a month since Ada’s mentioned Adam on social media. Instead, the TV star – who recently revealed she’s been undergoing therapy – has focused on her close family unit.
On several occasions Ada’s dedicated her feed to her mother and brother, and most recently her seven-year-old son Johnas, who she shares with Chrys.
“He’s taught me to be more present and to spend my time in a better way,” Ada said in a recent interview.
Speaking of her current priorities, Ada adds, “When you become a mum, you realise what’s important and that’s playing with your child and creating special moments with them.”
