Duchess Catherine gave her son a helping hand as her determined little one practised  walking along the sidelines.

Just two months shy of his first birthday, an adorable Prince George was dressed suitably for the match in red and white striped overalls and a white t-shirt.

The Duke, Duchess and their son spent the day in the English countryside, 100 miles west of London, where Prince William took part in a charity match against a team that included his brother, Prince Harry.

Last week, Catherine strongly hinted that her son had already taken his first steps.
