She might have won two Grammy awards, but New Zealand singer Lorde has shared two photos of herself on Twitter to show she is just like the rest of us.
The 17-year-old star posted one photo, which shows her acne-ridden skin, and another taken the same day that has been retouched to hide her imperfections.
Snapped while she was on stage at Chile’s Lollapalooza festival on Sunday, Lorde encouraged her 1.3 million Twitter followers to embrace their flaws too.
She wrote: “I find this curious – two photos from today, one edited so my skin is perfect and one real. remember flaws are ok.”
It’s not an unusual move for the teenage superstar, who recently shared another photo of herself in bed with acne cream on.
