There are so many reasons we all love Dolly Parton (her fashion, her humour, her hair!) and her signature look is just one of them.
Considering Dolly’s love of plastic surgery, her appearance has changed a lot over the years, but she looks as incredible as ever today. After all, have you ever seen her without makeup?

Make no mistake about it though, Dolly’s face has really transformed over the years and when we went digging through the archives and came across rare old photos of her looking wide-eyed and innocent in her pre-fame days, it was easy to see just how much.
As the years rolled on, she began to get a bit of work done here and there although her face never lost those dramatic cheekbones, bright eyes, or trademark charming grin.

It’s hard to believe she turned 73 in January considering how good she looks. Although we have no doubt optional plastic surgery played a part, we have to give some credit to her good genes and ability to stay young at heart – not to mention kind spirit. If that’s the way to look beautiful into our 70s, then sign us up!

After all, Dolly has a way of capturing hearts. She left us in awe when she generously vowed to provide $1000 monthly to every family who lost their home in the devastating wildfires that were sweeping through Tennessee in the US. That’s truly beauty of the soul, no amount of surgery or makeup needed there.
But back to her appearance. Dolly has admitted to numerous cosmetic procedures including breast implants, a brow lift, a face lift, eyelid surgery, chin augmentation, and rhinoplasty (a nose job). Whether you agree or not that those tweaks were necessary, they’ve all contributed to her unmistakable appearance today.
