She’s 67 years old but Cher hasn’t let her age stop her for posing for a sexy album cover pop stars 40 years younger than her would be proud of.

The singing superstar tweeted several images from the cover shoot for her new EP Closer To The Truth.

In the saucy pictures, a platinum blonde Cher poses seductively on a white fur cushion dressed in nude fishnet stockings and a tiny lacy cream negligee with one strap provocatively slipping off her shoulder.

Combined with smoky eyes, ample cleavage and a come hither expression, the finished photo is rather risqué — and extremely Photoshopped.

Cher has made no secret of the fact she dislikes ageing, recently telling Vanity Fair that age “gets in the way” for her.

“I would love to be one of those women who are just so happy with their age and all that, but I just don’t believe it.”

Closer To The Truth is Cher’s 26th studio album and her first release in 12 years.

It features the single “Woman’s World” which was released in the US last month where it instantly went to the top of the dance club songs chart.

Ovarian cancer survivor Vali, 27, is pregnant with twins after a world first procedure.

An Australian woman who was left infertile after undergoing ovarian cancer treatment is pregnant with twins after a world first ovarian tissue graft.

Vali, 27, requested her ovarian tissue be frozen to preserve her fertility when cancer treatment forced her ovaries to lose function and eventually be removed.

The cancer treatment left her menopausal at the age of only 20, but seven years later thanks to groundbreaking treatment, Vali is 25 weeks into a healthy pregnancy and she and her partner Dean are looking forward to welcoming two baby girls.

Proud father-to-be Dean described the pregnancy as “almost science fiction”.

“It’s phenomenal,” he said.

Freezing and transplantation of ovarian tissue has resulted in 29 pregnancies worldwide, but Vali’s is a first as it is the first successful pregnancy from ovarian tissue grafted outside the pelvis.

This procedure — where ovarian fragments are grafted at alternative sites distant from their physiological location, including the abdomen and breast — has until now not resulted in a clinical pregnancy.

Vali had the ovarian tissue grafted to her abdominal wall where two eggs where then harvested and fertilised through IVF.

Dr Kate Stern, who led the treatment at Melbourne IVF said Vali’s case say the breakthrough offers new hope to women who are facing ovarian surgery or radiotherapy to treat cancer.

“There is no doubt the eggs have come from the transplanted tissue on the abdominal wall,” Dr Stern said.

“Most importantly, this pregnancy provides unequivocal evidence that cryopreservation, or freezing of the ovarian tissue, preserves follicle development and that normal ovarian function and pregnancy can occur at a non-ovarian site.

It might be her troubled marriage making headlines, but Khloe Kardashian unearthed some other upsetting home truths in the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The episode, which screened in the US on Sunday night, showed the Kardashian sister worrying about her lack of childhood memories after she “went through a windshield” in a car crash in 2001.

After a doctor told her she was suffering from a form of dementia, which they described as “depression masquerading as memory loss,” Khloe booked a hypnotherapy session to try to uncover the past.

“I remember having nightmares and I remember not being allowed to see our dad,” she dramatically told the hypnotist, referring to the famous OJ Simpson trial. The former American football star and actor was accused of murdering his wife, Nicole, and a friend in 1994.

Businessman and friend Robert Kardashian renewed his legal ticket, which had lapsed, and represented Simpson in the “most publicised criminal trial in American history” (Simpson was eventually acquitted in 1995).

“He was on OJ’s side and my mom was on Nicole’s side,” Khloe reveals. “OJ was like our uncle OJ. My mom felt my brother and I were too young to be around that.

“I was too young to understand why someone would be accused of doing that.”

Khloe’s hypnotist said she had buried these memories in her subconscious because they were too painful to deal with, and the session had helped her remember.

“OJ and Nicole were a part of my life so when she was killed so violently and disturbingly, I remember that always stuck with me,” she continued.

“I was really cold to him [her father] when I was a teenager. He died very suddenly. Then, after, I chose to not be with my family for a long time. They reminded me too much of my dad.”

The Kardashian patriarch died in 2003, aged 59, eight weeks after being diagnosed with cancer.

A new book by Mail on Sunday Royal Editor Kate Nicholl has revealed intimate details of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s relationship, through information from sources close to the couple.

One excerpt from Kate: The Future Queen tells how Wills’ bad behaviour during the early days of his army career almost spelled the end of their relationship.

It claims that the Prince wanted to make the most of his days of leave, and apparently irked Catherine by choosing to go out in London instead of spending time with her.

When pictures of William partying with other women on nights on the town were splashed all over UK tabloids, including one shot of him dancing on a podium with a 19-year-old girl, Kate allegedly gave him an ultimatum. He either committed to their relationship – or she would walk away.

Amazingly, it was the latter that happened.

Nicholl writes that William felt too young to fully commit to a life with Kate and so around Easter 2007 they decided to separate.

A heartbroken Kate was comforted by her mother, Carole, who assured her that Wills loved her and would want her back.

And she was right.

By mid-May they were talking on the phone. In June Kate attended a fancy dress party at Wills’ barracks. Then in August they holidayed together in the Seychelles and it’s thought it was there and then that they decided to spend the rest of their lives together.

The book also quotes a family friend telling of how Carole had a word with William during a visit to the Middleton family home at Christmas in 2009.

Apparently, his future mother-in-law expressed her fears about the lack of a ring on Kate’s finger and her worries that she would not be involved in the lives of any future grandchildren.

But Wills assured Carole that there would be an engagement, marriage and children – and he promised her that she would be fully involved in their upbringing.

And the rest is royal history.

Hollywood’s favourite little fashionista, Suri Cruise, has given parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes a scare by breaking her arm.

The seven-year-old now has a new accessory to go with her signature clothing pieces – a plaster cast!

“She did break her arm, but she is OK,” Katie Holmes’ rep confirmed.

It’s not yet known what led to the injury.

But despite the strained public relationship between her famous Hollywood parents Tom, 51, and Katie, 34, are united in seeing their little girl to a full recovery.

We just hope Suri wasn’t trying some of her mum’s new dance moves, with Katie recently snapped partying the night away with Jamie Foxx in the Hamptons.

Katie Holmes has custody of Suri, who recently accompanied her to the set of her new film, Miss Meadows, in Cleveland, Ohio.

The English summer is coming to a royally romantic end for both Will and Kate’s younger siblings!

Hot on the heels of stories that Prince Harry’s girlfriend Cressida Bonas is prepping herself for princess duties, news has now leaked of impending wedding bells for Pippa Middleton.

Word is that the Duchess of Cambridge’s 29-year-old younger sister has secretly gotten engaged to her stockbroker boyfriend, Nico Jackson.

Pippa has only been dating the dashing 35-year-old stockbroker for a little over six months but the whirlwind romance has already reached the serious commitment phase.

The couple are said to be waiting until after Pippa’s 30th birthday at the end of this week to officially announce their big news.

Speculation is that they’ll tie the knot next English spring.

“Pippa loved seeing Kate go down the aisle and now it is her turn for a fairytale wedding,” one of her friends told UK paper Sunday People.

“She couldn’t be more sure that Nico is the right man for her. They are such a good fit for each other and their families get on really well. Everyone is so happy for Pippa.”

Pippa famously drew plenty of attention at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s 2011 wedding, with her Alexander McQueen dress and curvy bottom getting as much media attention as her sister saying “I do”.

The question on everyone’s lips now is whether Kate will return the bridesmaid favour and follow in Pippa’s train at her wedding?

“It remains to be seen whether Kate will be bridesmaid,” a close source said.

“Everyone knows how close the sisters are but at this stage the final arrangements are a long way off. Pippa’s wedding will be a huge occasion but if Kate is bridesmaid it will be even more high-profile.”

The ceremony is likely to take place in a local church.

Prince Rahim is the eldest son of His Highness Aga Khan IV, the current Imam of Shia Ismaili Muslims who is worth an estimated $800 million.

The happy couple married on the shores of Lake Geneva.

Their engagement was announced in April.

The engagement news came as a surprise as it was not known the couple was even dating.

Kendra converted to Islam ahead of the nuptials.

At 6ft tall, Kendra is a statuesque beauty.

Her days of striding the catwalk scantily-clad are now over.

Kendra was discovered on MySpace when she was 19 and quickly became a superstar.

Kate Middleton was a girl with a plan – the now Duchess of Cambridge didn’t enlist fate after it was announced the young Prince William would attend St Andrews University.

Rather, British newspaper journalist Katie Nicholl claims in her book Kate: The Future Queen, Kate rejected her first choice, Edinburgh University, and took a gap year so she could enrol at the same university as Prince William.

Kate’s previous Marlborough College careers advisor, Jasper Selwyn, and house tutor, Joan Gall, confirmed Kate achieved the necessary marks and was accepted into her first choice, Edinburgh, but turned it down and instead applied for St Andrews after Prince William’s choice was made public.

Kate, 31, had no guarantee she would gain a place at St Andrews, or that she would attend the same lectures as the prince, but it was a gamble that paid off when the two found themselves in the same art history class in 2001 and, soon after, in love.

While the Duchess of Cambridge – now married to Prince William and mother of their first child, Prince George – was said to pursue the chance meeting in the beginning, it was Kate’s mother, Carole Middleton, who sealed the royal deal by pushing Wills to commit to an engagement with her daughter.

According Nicholl, Carole Middleton was said to have approached Wills about his intentions in 2009, encouraging him to “put a ring on it” – and just a year later Prince William proposed, followed by their royal wedding in April 2011.

The prince and his mother-in-law also agreed that he would always allow them to play a pivotal role as grandparents in their children’s lives.

After more than a year together, Prince Harry’s 24-year-old girlfriend Cressida Bonas has been undergoing secret royal training ahead of announcing their engagement. And sources say all that’s left to do now is place a tiara on her head and a rock on her finger to make things official.

“People close to Harry and Cressida are predicting an engagement by the end of the year and a [Northern Hemisphere] spring wedding,” a royal insider tells UK paper the Daily Star, adding that Harry’s security team is already adjusting its schedule to include a royal fiancee.

“All the telltale signs are there.”

Designer rocks

Last month Harry took Cressie on a trip to Africa, where they enjoyed a safari in Botswana and he visited the landmine clearance operations his late mother Princess Diana so passionately championed back when he was a boy.
