Jesinta Campbell is one seriously busy woman! Not only is she the face of Wonderbra and the star of the new campaign for Asics sports shoes, she’s also an ambassador for the Bauer Media 30 Days Of Fashion & Beauty.

“Exercise is as much about the way it makes me feel as keeping in shape,” she says.

Jesinta keeps in shape with a combination of strength training and cardio. “Squats and running mixed with these four exercises are great for my butt and thighs.” Here are her quick work out tricks.

Glute kickback

Get on your hands and knees, your back parallel to the ground.

Raise one foot off the ground and hold it parallel to the ceiling.

Pulse your foot up and down for 30 counts, then repeat with the opposite foot. Repeat five times on each side.

Best for: Bum and upper thighs

Note: Always check with your GP before starting aby new diet or exercise regimen.

Side plank

Lie on your left side with legs and feet stacked on top of each other.

Prop yourself on your left forearm to form a diagonal bodyline, with hips and knees off the ground.

Lift your right arm, point towards the ceiling and look up at your hand. Hold 60 seconds and repeat on the right side. Repeat set.

Best fore: Glutes and abs

Side leg raise

Lie on your left side with your legs and hips stacked and rest on your left forearm.

Squeeze your thigh muscles and lift your right leg up into the air.

Pulse the leg up and down for 60 counts without touching the bottom leg. Repeat on left side.

Best for: Hips and outer thighs

Looking angelic in a delicate champagne-coloured gown and debuting a freshly cropped blonde bob, Homeland actress Claire Danes claimed the spotlight on the 65th Emmy Awards red carpet.

Entertainment commentators were almost unanimous giving the 34-year-old new mum the best dressed prize.

Danes was also victorious during the ceremony picking up the award for best lead actress in a drama series.

A very pregnant Zara Phillips took her blossoming baby bump out on the town on Saturday night as she stepped out in a royal blue gown.

The 32-year-old royal, who is expecting her first child with husband Mike Tindall in the new year, attended the glamorous Boodles Boxing Ball with a band of young royals.

Zara looked glamorous in a flowing silk gown that complemented her maternal curves and appeared to be in high spirits entering the ball.

Granddaughter to the Queen and cousin of Princes Harry and William, Zara and her rugby player husband announced they were expecting their own royal baby, a playmate for Prince George, in July.

Joining the expectant parents at the high-society event was Prince Harry, who wore a classic black tuxedo.

Harry’s girlfriend Cressida Bonas was also at the ball, but snuck in through the rear entrance and also left alone.

The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Pippa Middleton, accompanied Princess Beatrice and her boyfriend Dave Clark, and Princess Beatrice with her partner, Jack Brooksbank.

Luxembourg royals wed in fairy tale ceremony

Another week, another glamorous royal wedding, this time in the South of France, where Luxembourg’s Prince Felix married Claire Lademacher in a church ceremony worthy of a Disney film.

The bride chose a spectacular ivory lace Elie Saab gown, accessorised with a tiara and a stunning cathedral-length veil.

The young couple were met with rapturous applause as they emerged from the church.

They were visibly thrilled to be married, punching the air and cheering in their first appearance as husband and wife.

Claire was attended by page boys and flower girls dressed in white.

The couple said their vows in a mixture of French and German.

More than 350 people turned out to witness the ceremony.

She speaks German, English, French and Italian.

The couple’s civil wedding ceremony was short and sweet.

“Now that Weight Watchers has chosen her, she’s determined to slim down faster than Kim.”

The former BB housemate has the last laugh at internet trolls with her hot new bod.

At 24 years old, 2012 Big Brother star Zoe Westgarth is slipping into her first-ever bikini – and the loveable country girl is incredibly nervous. “I used to live for winter because I could cover myself up,” she admits.

“Now, come the weekend, I’ll sit out in the sun in shorts and a singlet. That’s a first for me, too – I’d never worn a singlet in public before.”

But now Zoe’s a changed woman. Despite her understandable nerves, she wants to show off the body she’s achieved through hard work and following considerable heartache. Despite battling with weight issues her entire life, Zoe says she hit crisis point during an episode of Big Brother.

“It was Ryan’s birthday and Big Brother supplied dresses with our names on them and mine didn’t fit. It was depressing watching the others in their dresses.” Spurred on to get active by her housemates, Zoe shed 10kg from her 185cm frame while on the show.

Elaine Flynn has diced with death, and it’s left her with a heavenly gift – she has a direct line to ghosts!

The 47-year-old Queensland mum, who “died” once as a child and then again more recently, says she regularly chats with those who’ve “crossed over” for good.

Elaine first became aware of her supernatural powers after being run over by a car at age four. She was dead for more than five minutes until her dad revived her.

“When I came to, my whole world had changed,” she says. “I could see colours and strange auras – it scared the living heck out of me!”

And then in 2008, Elaine was struck down with breast cancer: “I died on the operating table and they had to resuscitate me. I was gone for almost four minutes. “Both times I don’t recall anything while I was dead – it wasn’t until afterwards that everything got a little weird.”

Mary and Kate wannabes get ready — the world’s most eligible prince in landing Down Under next month to make your royal dreams come true.

Kensington Palace has confirmed Prince Harry will visit Australia as guest of honour at the Navy’s centenary fleet gala in Sydney Harbour on October 5.

“The Prince will embark on HMAS Leeuwin with Governor-General Quentin Bryce Prime Minister Tony Abbott MP and Vice Admiral Ray Griggs, Chief of Navy,” a statement read.

“His Royal Highness will later attend a Reception hosted by the Prime Minister at Kirribilli House, Sydney. Prince Harry will also visit Perth.”

Harry last visited Australia in his gap year in 2003, when he spent several weeks working on a Queensland sheep station.
