In a myriad of controversy and legal disputes, Madonna finally became the adoptive parent of Malawian-born David Banda in 2006.

Madonna, accompanied by daughter, Lourdes, takes David back to his old orphanage in Mchinji, one year on from his adoption. He received a huge greeting from the 200 villagers who converged upon the orphanage to welcome him home.

Model-turned-TV presenter Kristy Hinze wore a stunning Oscar de la Renta gown as she wed US billionaire Jim Clark on the Caribbean island of Virgin Gorda.

The couple exchanged vows on Monday on a private beach at the Little Dix Bay Resort.

Hinze had no less than seven bridesmaids including her sister Lauren Petroff and was walked down the aisle by her mother, Vivienne, and father, Rod. It was 29-year-old Hinze’s first wedding and the fourth time down the aisle for Clark, 65.

Former Miss Universe Australia Rachael Finch has welcomed a her first child!

The new mum and her husband Michael Miziner shared the news in a statement this afternoon.

“Michael and I are excited to announce the arrival of our first child,” she said.

“We are both healthy and happy and taking this moment to rest and spend time with family. We would like to thank everyone for their support and well wishes.”

The 25-year-old TV host and model tied the knot with her dancer husband in January just before they discovered they were expecting.

The pair met when they were partnered together on Dancing With The Stars in 2010.
