Married at First Sight star Clare breaks her wrist

It’s been an action-packed few days for the cast of Channel Nine’s Married At First Sight with broken bones and baby rumours aplenty!

It was supposed to be a fun girls’ night out but Clare Verrall has ended up with a broken wrist after injuring herself on a dance floor in Melbourne.

The reality star was enjoying the long weekend with fellow castmate Erin Bateman when she suffered an “epic dance floor stack” after slipping on ice.

The 32-year-old kept fans updated with her accident via Instagram.

“So it’s close to 3am and I’ve broken my wrist! I am such a loser,” the animal rescue advocate explained in a video from her hospital bed at The Alfred Hospital.

Before adding: “This is why I went on#MarriedAtFirstSight I SUCK at going out!!!”

No doubt this will be a huge inconvenience for Clare, who works as an Uber driver.

Clare, who last week broke up with her pseudo husband Jono Pitman, revealed she will have to have surgery and wear a cast for six weeks.

The bubbly blonde wasn’t the only star from the show causing a stir, with Christie Jordee sending the pregnancy rumours into overdrive thanks to a very telling post.

On Sunday, Christie dropped a huge hint that she and farmer Mark could still be together – and perhaps expecting!

The Sydney business owner uploaded an Instagram shot of her cooking and mused: “Love my protein buns ! Just baked a new batch! Mmmm maybe I baked them for a special someone in my life too #9Married #paleo #proteinbuns #baking #wifematerial?”

It didn’t take long for fans to speculate she may be with child.

Bun in the oven? This is the photo that sparked speculation Christie and Mark could be expecting.

“Buns… Mmm… Is there something you’re not telling us @christiejordee? A bit of innuendo me thinks,” one person asked.

“Is there a “bun in the oven” Christie??” Another added.

Speaking recently to TV Week, the DJ admitted she’s love to start a family sooner rather than later.

“Unfortunately, we do have the clock. I do want kids and I’m also happy to adopt. I would love to adopt, because my parents fostered kids,” she told the publication.

Prince of trendsetting: George’s bathrobe sells out after meeting Obama

When the two-year-old son of Prince William and Duchess Catherine met President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, he was donning a white and blue trimmed gingham bathrobe.

With the Prince George effect at it again, of course it sold out within minutes!

According to People, Princess Charlotte is said to have her own version of the sleepwear ensemble but with pale pink gingham trim and embroidery.

Online British retailer My 1st Years are the creators of the royally cute piece, which costs 27 pounds (about $50), and they couldn’t be more thrilled by George’s endorsement.

George is a fashion icon!

“We can’t believe Prince George wore our robe to meet President Obama! Doesn’t he look adorable?!” read a message posted on the store’s Facebook page.

“You guys have gone crazy for it & it’s already sold out, but you can find your very own personalized royal robe.”

The cheeky little tyke also wore navy velvet Little Boston Plane Slippers from Trotters Childrenswear and Accessories.

The now sold out shoes, which were embroidered with red airplanes, cost only 12 pounds (about $23).

George looked adorable in a bespoke dressing gown with his name on it.

Look at me go! George showed off his rocking horse skills as Duchess Catherine proudly clapped him on. The toy was given to George from The Obamas when he was born.

The third in line to the throne was even allowed to stay up 15 minutes past his bedtime to meet Barack and Michelle.

During their visit, Prince George rode a rocking horse they gave him for his first birthday.

“Prince George stayed up to meet The President and First Lady when they arrived at Kensington Palace,” a Kensington Palace Spokesman said.

“He was able to show The President and First lady a rocking horse – given to George when he was born – and a stuffed toy – given to George when Princess Charlotte was born – that had been previously given to him by President and Mrs Obama.”

Prince George’s outfits always sell out! At his sister’s christening, the royal tyke was the spitting image of his dad, Prince William when he visited Prince Harry after he was born.

As Kylie Minogue, 47, stepped out for a romantic date night in Mayfair, London with her hubby-to-be over the weekend, she channelled the hairdo of her younger self and beloved Neighbours character, Charlene.

Sporting a tight spiral perm, the pint-sized superstar hit the town with fiancé Joshua Sasse – a handsome actor who happens to be 19-years her younger at 28.

Still got it! The star doesn’t look a day beyond her Neighbours era.

The look immediately reminded fans of the years the superstar spent playing Charlene on the long-running TV show, Neighbours, 30 years ago.

But instead of Charlene’s colourful, mismatched ‘80s wardrobe, the Spinning Around singer donned a chic, black top and pants, topped off by a pair of bedazzled heels.

Her spouse-to-be opted for a more relaxed look with a pair of stonewashed jeans, brown boots and a military-inspired khaki shirt.

Perhaps Kylie’s best accessory was the glitzy diamond that sat proudly on her left hand.

The songbird met the bearded beau whilst filming on the set of Galavant in September 2015. Two months later their relationship was confirmed.

In February of this year, Kylie and the actor – who was just days old when Kylie released her first single I Should Be So Lucky in December 1987 – confirmed their impending nuptials in an announcement inside the Daily Telegraph.

The announcement was met with much excitement – mostly on behalf of Kylie and her happiness, but also for the dazzling engagement ring that now sits proudly atop her fourth finger.

Inside the Royal Yacht Britannia

Woman's Day takes a tour of the stunning royal vessel.

Queen Elizabeth II shed a few tears when the Royal Yacht Britannia was decommissioned by the British Government in 1997.

Very much a vessel Her Majesty called her own, the stunning ship had been one of the Queen’s favourite places to holiday with her husband Prince Phillip – somewhere she could relax and be herself away from the eyes of the public and the press.

Following the sad decommission…

In fact, it’s believed Queen Elizabeth’s despair at the loss of the magnificent vessel was the reason she simply couldn’t face boarding it once more.

The royal grandmother chose not to join Princes William and Harry, and the Duchess of Cambridge, to celebrate her granddaughter Zara Phillips’ pre wedding reception in 2011.

Prince William and Catherine leave the Royal Yacht with Prince Harry, Sophie of Wessex and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie after the party hosted by Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall on the eve of their wedding on July 29, 2011 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

No longer sailing, the ship now acts as a much-loved tourist attraction, run by a charitable trust that donates all visitor profits to its upkeep.

Unlike Buckingham Palace or other royal residencies, Britannia, which was launched in 1953, is comparatively modern.

The Queen stayed in a room separate from Prince Phillip, as was often the case with the Royal Family, however they were linked by an adjoining door in the middle.

The boat was a refuge for the British Royal Family.

Her Majesty’s room was decorated modestly with a single bed and a simple dresser.

Once dubbed ‘The Love Yacht’, it was on Britannia that all four of Queen Elizabeth’s children celebrated their honeymoons.

It was Prince Charles who ordered the first double bed to be put on the vessel, when he honeymooned with Princess Diana in 1981.

Charles and his loved ones shared amazing memories on the vessel.

Queen Elizabeth didn’t just holiday on the boat, and Britannia’s state dining room was used to host many official dinners.

Guests such as Nelson Mandela, Winston Churchill and Elizabeth Taylor all dined on the vessel.

When Queen Elizabeth wanted a more relaxed afternoon tea, she’d sit in the drawing room, which once featured a stunning piano Princess Diana was known to play.

Offspring star Kat Stewart welcomes her second child!

Congratulations are in order for Aussie actress Kat Stewart, who welcomed daughter Georgia five weeks ago.

The 43-year-old Offspring star, who plays Billie Proudman in the popular series, revealed the exciting news to The Daily Telegraph over the weekend.

Speaking to the publication, Kat said she didn’t mean to keep her second pregnancy a secret but it just panned out that way.

“It wasn’t a conscious thing. I haven’t been hiding her. I’ve just been pottering around at home,” she told the publication of her newborn daughter, who she affectionately calls Gigi.

Kat is already the proud mother to four-year-old son Archie, who she shares with her actor husband, David Whiteley.

The star is gearing up to return to work to film the sixth season of Offspring and her newborn will be right by her side.

“Gigi is a very pleasant surprise. I wouldn’t normally go back to work this early but Offspring is a family. Archie was on set with me when he was really little and I’m doing the same with Gigi,” Kat explained to The Daily Telegraph.

Playmates! The Offspring creche will be full of cuties this year as Asher Keddie’s son Valentino (pictured) will be joined by Kat’s newborn daughter, Gigi.

And Gigi will have a playmate in co-star Asher Keddie’s one-year-old son, Valentino.

“We’ll have Asher’s little boy here too. It is a family-friendly atmosphere. It feels really right and really nice,” Kat explained.

In 2014, the actress said she had a great support network in her family, who help her with her son while she film.

“I am so lucky. Because David and I are both actors we have been able to make it work so that we can be home for him [Archie]. We haven’t had to use any sort of childcare. We have great family support,” she told The Herald Sun.

For now, the star is relishing time with her new family of four before she enjoys her first night out since welcoming Gigi at the Logie Awards on May 8.

If a picture tells a thousand words, then Brooklyn Beckham has A LOT of explaining to do!

Over the weekend, the 17-year-old took share a loved-up pic of him and his on-again off-again girlfriend, fellow A-lister Chloe Moretz, via Instagram.

The couple made their social media debut with an artsy black and white picture in which they could be seen looking cosy with their arms around each other.

The photo, which Brooklyn deemed self-explanatory, was accompanied by no caption.

Puppy love! This is the snap that sent the reconciliation into speculation.

It seemed that the pair wanted the world to know that they were indeed close again, as they leaned their heads in close, an expression of content painted on their faces.

And while some fans left comments of disappointment on the photo that has received over 300,000 likes since it’s upload, others appeared very excited about their idols reunion.

“THE BEST COUPLE,” one enthusiastic fan remarked with another commenter simply saying: “They’re so cute!”

The telling photo comes after recent reports the couple stepped out for a night at the infamous Soho House in Los Angeles, for a meet-the-parents dinner date with Brooklyn’s high profile parents, Victoria and David Beckham, and Chloe’s mother Teri.

“It was a really fun family late-night dinner vibe. They were inseparable all night,” a source revealed to People magazine before adding: “They had a massive PDA thing going on.”

“Chloe was stroking Brooklyn’s arm, and at one point Brooklyn had his head on Chloe’s shoulder. They definitely seemed like a couple.”

To further solidify the couple’s rekindling, Brooklyn and Chloe were recently spotted walking hand-in-hand along the busy Shaftesbury Avenue in London.

At the time, the A-listers dressed in casual attire in a bid to blend in with the trendy crowd, but celeb spotters didn’t miss the trick.

The aspiring-photographer was first linked to the blonde actress back in August of 2014, when they were spotted on several dates following their first romantic meeting during Paris Fashion Week.

Muma Victoria couldn’t be more proud of her eldest son.

Both parties remained tight-lipped about their new flame, until the following month when Chloe finally admitted that they were more than just friends in a live audience question on Watch What Happens Live.

“I don’t know … he’s a very good guy…” The embarrassed star quipped when probed about her new rumoured relationship. “He’s a good person, I enjoying hanging out with him!”

Shortly after, things seemingly fell apart between the two after they famously unfollowed each other on Twitter, despite Chloe being the first person Brooklyn ever followed.

Well, it seems that time heals all wounds for this pair!

Duchess Catherine gets the giggles with Prince Harry and Prince William

Putting their heads together! Prince William, Duchess Catherine and Prince Harry have worked tirelessly for mental health this year.

Prince William, Catherine and Prince Harry teamed up in support of the importance of ending stigma about mental health.

Partnering with several charities, the royal trio are spearheading a new campaign titled Heads Together.

In a heartwarming PSA released Sunday, the royals appear with several other people, including children, and wear matching teal headbands that read #HeadsTogether.

“Mental health is just as important as physical health,” Catherine quips.

“We can all play our part by talking and listening to each other and helping each other find support,” Harry adds.

Catherine talks to local students.

“Let’s get our heads together and change the conversation on mental health,” William tells the camera.

The three are also shown laughing and joking around as they pose for photos.

“Can we do a serious one?” Harry asks.

“Do a serious one?” William echoes.

The three then pose, without smile… The mother-of-two, however, cannot contain her laughter, which causes her husband to burst into a giggling fit.

“No, serious, this is a serious one,” he says. “Guys, serious one.”

The royal trio couldn’t keep their giggles at bay!

The couple chat to some of the runners.

This marks the “biggest single project Their Royal Highnesses have undertaken together,” Kensington Palace said in a statement.

“The Heads Together campaign aims to change the national conversation on mental well-being and will be a partnership with inspiring charities with decades of experience in tackling stigma, raising awareness, and providing vital help for people with mental health challenges.”

The world owes a lot to Craig and Leonie Hemsworth. Together, the down-to-earth couple from Phillip Island, Victoria, are responsible for raising two of Hollywood’s most sought after stars – Chris and Liam Hemsworth.

And it looks like the Thor star still shares an incredibly close bond.

Last year, Liam revealed one of the first things Chris did once his career started to sky-rocket was pay off his parent’s debt.

“He [his father] called my brother Chris back and said: ‘I don’t know how to feel. Since I left home I have had debts and I thought I’d be paying them off until I died and have this weight hanging over me, and now to have them completely cleared,'” Liam said in an interview with The Independent.

“They are so happy now and able to spend more time with us. I would love to be able to do something for my parents like that,” he added.

Beyonce releases surprise new album

As the world relishes in Beyoncé’s surprise new visual album, Lemonade, fans are beginning to unpack many of the loaded lyrics.

Indeed many of the 34-year-old’s tracks, which were unveiled on HBO over the weekend, focus on themes of infidelity and marital problems – issues which have long circled the singer and her husband of eight years, Jay Z.

In fact, the song Sorry even has the bold lyrics: “I see them boppers in the corner. They sneaking out the back door. He only want me when I’m not there. He better call Becky with the good hair.”

It hasn’t taken long for listeners to speculate just who Becky with the good hair could be.

According to E! News designer Rachel Roy, who has previously been linked to Jay Z, took to Instagram shortly after Lemonade aired to reference the track.

Lemonade was released via HBO over the weekend.

“Good hair don’t care, but we will take good lighting, for selfies, or self truths, always. Live in the light #nodramaqueens,” Rachel penned alongside a selfie on her account, which has now been changed to private.

But her post didn’t go unnoticed and she later took to Twitter to defend herself. “I respect love, marriages, families and strength. What shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone, no matter what, is bullying, of any kind,” Rachel, who was previously married to Jay Z’s business partner Damon Dash, penned.

In another track called Intuition, the singer says: “In the tradition of men in my blood you come home at 3AM and lie to me.”

Meanwhile in 2014, at the time of the infamous elevator fight between Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange, a source alleged to E! News that “Rachel was being flirtatious” at the event.

However Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange did not address the claims.

Meanwhile Beyonce also revealed never-before-seen home videos with her daughter Blue Ivy, which showed a happy side to family life.

Bey also shut down the wild conspiracy theories that she wasn’t actually pregnant with Blue Ivy by sharing footage of her beautiful baby bump.
