A man has tragically lost his wife, daughter and sister all in the one week.
Domingos Fraga’s wife Liz died after an emergency C-section at Milford Hospital in Connecticut, America.
Their daughter Juliet was born but she only lived for five days as she’d taken in too much blood during the birth.
“I got to hold her and read to her every night,” Domingos told WCVB.
“They were meant to be together. Liz wanted to hold her.”
Things continued to get worse when at the wake, he learned that his sister Melinda had died from advanced cervical cancer and his 91-year-old grandmother had a stroke.
“All my family is being taken away,” Maria Fraga, Domingos’ mother, said.
“It’s not fair.”
To help, Domingos’ friend Tiago Pereira has started a GoFundMe page.
“You’re already going through the whole emotional burden, and on top of it a financial one, I couldn’t see my best friend going through that,” Pereira said.
“Domingos called all his friends and family to notify them that the baby was coming. He was full of joy, his wife was about to make his dreams come true, he was going to be a father,” he says on the page.
“A day that he dreamed about turned into a nightmare. Juliet’s time in this world was brief but she was loved so much.”
After a very long, Proudman-deprived two years, we finally have our first look at the highly anticipated new season of Offspring!
That’s right, Nina is back at it with her glorious daydreaming, awkward antics and fabulous neck scarves, and we couldn’t be more excited!
The trailer is an emotional rollercoaster from beginning to end.
Taking us back to the very beginning, the clip re-enacts all the moment that made us laugh, cry and squeal with delight.
Watch it for yourself in the video player below! Post continues…
From the moment Nina meets and falls for Dr. Chris and that time she not-so-smartly slept with her sister’s soulmate, all the way to the heart-breaking moment Patrick died and then, the tear-jerking scene their baby Zoe was born.
As Taylor Swift’s Wildest Dreams plays in the background, making us weep of course, we remember just how much we immersed ourselves in their lives, almost to the point that we felt like another kooky member of the dysfunctional Proudman family.
The return of Offspring, which stars Gold Logie winner Asher Keddie, was announced by Network Ten Chief Programming Officer Beverley McGarvey chief after the show’s abrupt end in 2014.
“It was no secret that we wanted to continue Nina’s adventures and we are thrilled to announce that Offspring will return to TEN for a sixth season in 2016.”
“There are so many more chapters left in Nina’s life. We paused her story just as she had bravely navigated motherhood as a single parent rediscovering the joy and romance of life, while dealing with her fabulously messy family as they went about their unpredictable daily lives.”
Season six is expected to hit our screens (and our hearts) later this year, but as no official release date has been confirmed, we will be waiting with baited breath until then.

Now, with just over a week still left to enter the 2016 Qantas Women of the Future competition, let’s look back at some past winners who were on-hand to launch this year’s awards at Kirribilli House alongside Lucy Turnbull, Quentin Bryce and Jesinta Campbell.
Genevieve Clay-Smith: 2015 Judges’ Choice Winner
Genevieve impressed the judges with her not-for-project film company, Bus Stop Films, which aims to create more opportunities for people with disabilities within the industry. Since last year’s Women of the Future Awards, Genevieve continues to be Executive Director and has expanded the business through strategic partnerships. She’ll soon be making another short film with American Horror Story star Jamie Brewer.

Particularly focused on young people (who often face life-long unemployment) Laura was determined to use Fighting Chance aim to change the statistics. Off the back of winning, Laura found that the profile and credibility of the organisation grew.
Annabelle Chauncy: 2014 People’s Choice Winner

Just when you thought Kanye West couldn’t get any weirder, he went out there and surprised us all.
In an epic eight-minute rant, the singer made more than a few odd statements that reduced even the talkative Ellen Degeneres to absolute speechlessness.
See Kanye’s crazy response to Ellen’s questions here! Post continues below.

“What’s the point of thinking?” Yeezy asked, after Ellen said his wife Kim Kardashian had suggested he think about what he writes on social media before posting.
He went on to defend his often erratic comments, saying he has no regrets about anything he’s posted… ever.
Then, after Ellen suggested his reaching out to Mark Zuckerberg to ask for $53 million might have gone down better Kanye had asked via Facebook instead of Twitter, he launched into a seven minute speech about how he’s got the knowledge to improve our world, he just needs the funds.
“I understand Mark Zuckerberg doesn’t use Twitter, even though I have had dinner with him and his wife and told them about how I wanted to help the world, and he said he’d help me, and blah blah blah,” Kanye said.
He continued: “That’s how it feels though, it’s like the pursuit of happiness, it’s like you’re trying to sell this bone density machine, you know in that movie.”
Much of his speech was met with confused looks from the audience but Kanye didn’t seem to register their awkward response.
“I feel that if I had more resources, I could help more people. I have ideas that can make the human race’s existence within our 100 years better. Period… Whatever perception you have of me, starting with the truth, started with what everyone’s thinking, start there, put some dope s–t with it.”
Then he bizarrely moved on to artists and entrepreneurs.
“Picasso is dead, Steve Jobs is dead, [Walt] Disney is dead. Name someone living that you can name in the same breath as them. We’re one race, the human race, we’re a blip in the existence of the universe and we’re constantly trying to pull each other down. It’s like I’m shaking talking about it, I feel I can make a difference while I’m here, I feel I can make a difference through my skill set.”
After the nearly seven-minute talk came to a close, the controversial rapper rounded out the erratic chat by claiming his skill set was unique because he had a medical condition that gave him the power to “see sounds”.
He also and spoke of how he wanted to become the “Michael Jackson of apparel.”
A father of 19 has been caught with a Kinder Surprise Egg stuffed full of cocaine and heroin.
Police were initially called to deal with damage caused at a club in the UK by convicted drug dealer, Donald Ewers, but it was only after his arrest that they found the surprising Kinder Surprise.
The 50-year-old pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply and is now behind bars for three years and nine months, The Sun reports.
Mr Ewers, who has fathered 19 children, had a similar conviction in 2009 where he received a 42 month sentence.
Zac Efron has definitely not ruled out doing full frontal nudity in a movie.
Ladies everywhere will no doubt be cheering from the rooftops as Zac revealed he’s open to stripping down completely for a future film. And we mean completely.
The super buff hunky star of Baywatch has said he won’t rule out doing full frontal nudity in a movie in a recent interview with Elle magazine.
But the star put one stipulation on the naked truth bomb… it has to be for the right movie.
“Let’s just say I’m not opposed to anything,” he told the glossy mag. “But if you’re gonna pull your d—k out, it better be for an Academy Award-winning movie.”
The star of Bad Neighbours 2 confessed that even though he would be selective when it came to putting it all out there, he is aware that his body has been the big draw card in many of his films.
The 28-year old star revealed his inspiration for his recent rippling muscles and hyper-toned physique: “I look at Matthew McConaughey,” he said.
Zac went on to say Matthew was an ideal role model because he’s kept himself fit and toned through his whole career, despite having to lose or gain weight for particular roles.
Watch Zac use his rippling muscles to swing like Tarzan into a lake. Post continues below.

It looks like Kristen Bell is done having kids, whether she likes it or not!
Her husband, actor Dax Shepard, revealed he’d gone under the knife for a vasectomy in a new interview with Jimmy Kimmel on his talk show.
The surprise move was a reaction of a pregnancy scare the couple had last year.
Dax revealed the surprising news in the candid chat, during which he was asked if he wanted to add to his brood. He and his wife Kristen already have two kids Lincoln, three, and Delta, 17 months.
The 41-year old was quick to reply. “Ah, no.”
“Last year my wife was working in Atlanta. We were there and she all of a sudden goes, ‘Oh my gosh! I’m so stupid! I’ve been sick for 10 days and ignoring it. I’m definitely pregnant.’
And I was like, ‘We’re going to turn into Jon & Kate Plus 8 or something. We already have no life! This is going to be not worth living. I freaked out. It was so bad.”
The star waited anxiously all day for the Bad Moms to get home so she could take a test.
“For like eight hours I was, like, imagining my life with all these kids.” Luckily his 35-year-old wife was not pregnant.

But he revealed his wife was less than pleased with his dramatic reaction. “Kristen was not thrilled I just did it so quickly,” the former Parenthood actor admitted.
“But I’m a man of action,” he continued. “I was in and out. I was back in Atlanta two days after that shooting a Samsung commercial.”
The bodies of a man and a woman have been found inside a tent at a campground near Townsville in far north Queensland.
Police say a passer-by made the grim discovery when they went to check on the tent at the Rollingstone site, which runs off the Bruce Highway, after spotting two pairs of legs sticking out.
According to police the corpses were covered in flies and were unresponsive.
Detectives are investigating the scene. It is not clear if the pair met foul play.
The Health Department has issued a recall of multiple batches of children’s paracetamol products from Panadol following contamination fears.
In consultation with the Therapeutic Goods Administration parents are being asked to check batches of Children’s Panadol 5-12 years, supplied in 200 mL bottles.
The affected batch numbers are:
136418 (strawberry flavour)
136444 (strawberry flavour)
136443 (orange flavour)
The expiry date for each of the recalled products is February 2018.
“It has been identified that an ingredient used in the manufacture of these medicines may have been contaminated with small particles that could contain trace minerals and inert fibres,” the TGA said in its notice.
“The quantity of these particles would be small and they may not be visible in the product.
“If this occurs, there is a very low risk of allergic reaction and there is also potential for the medicine to be less effective over time.”
It is advised that those with affected batches return the product to place of purchase for a refund.
The TGA states: “No other batches, bottle sizes or products are affected by this recall.”
