Chrissy Teigen and Kim Kardashian

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s baby Luna Simone has just met Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in the world’s cutest brunch.

The model mama captured the moment her Lulu met with “Auntie” Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West during a post-church brunch in California on Sunday.

Check it out in the video below… Post continues!

The meeting was sweet that the infamous non-smiler, Yeezy, couldn’t help but reveal those pearly whites.

Chrissy, 30, proudly shared a video of the rapper cradling the little bub as his reality star wife looked on.

Also getting in on the brunch was Chrissy’s mum Vilailuck Teigen, hubby John Legend and along with a large group of friends.

The model and Kimye are tight-knit friends, with Kim even throwing the new mum her baby shower, back in March.

In fact, Chrissy admitted to E! News that their celeb besties have been paramount with parenting advice.

“Kim gave me advice from even before we started,” the model shared on the red carpet at the 2016 Grammy Awards.

She also added that Kim offered up advice on “maternity” fashion, as well as “fertility…everything. She’s been here the entire time, the entire process!”

Little Luna was born just four months after her future bestie, Saint West, who arrived back in December last year.

We can’t wait to keep up with the next generation!

Why you need to try stand up paddle board yoga

Yes, we know it’s cold outside, but your core will thank you.
Charlotte Piho

If you’re tired of the treadmill and looking for a more enjoyable way to earn yourself a six-pack, then perhaps you should try the latest fitness craze taking over Instagram.

Stand up paddleboard yoga (SUP yoga) combines the strength and endurance-building aspects of paddle boarding, all the while toning and shaping your body to look its best.

“The beauty of stand-up paddleboard and doing yoga on the water is that it maximises your core workout. When you do it on the water you can’t but help lock in your core muscles,” says SUP yoga enthusiast, Charlotte Piho.

The Cook Island-based beauty just happened upon the fused sport almost ten years ago whilst on a stand up paddleboard racing trip to New Zealand.

With no waves to surf on her day off, the yogi paddled out into the middle of a still lagoon with the idea to attempt her daily yoga routine upon the water.

What happened next led to a life-changing shift in her body, and her career.

“It’s a spiritual experience that is indescribable.”

“It was one of the most euphoric experiences I’ve ever had,” she said to the Sydney Morning Herald.

Now, Charlotte is renowned on social media as the SUP yoga guru to fitness enthusiasts all over the world.

She swears by the sport, deeming it one of the most effective ways to simultaneously improve your core strength, flexibility and balance, whilst actually enjoying every minute.

Jennifer Aniston has been pictured paddleboarding on a few occasions.

“The water adds another dimension to a standard yoga routine, improving your balance and stability so it’s great for getting a six-pack as it really targets your core.”

“Yoga is all about being present in the moment and forgetting all the stresses of your past and future. When you’re on the paddleboard you instantly forget about all your worries – you’re too busy concentrating on staying on the board and admiring the scenery.”

Watch as the team from Channel Nine’s Today tried the challenging water sport. Post continues…

And while spending a session doing your best yoga moves on a paddleboard would be simply wonderful for your mind, the all over workout to your core carries significant health benefits that can actually change the way you live your everyday life.

Having a strong core can improve your posture and alignment dramatically, which not only makes for a taller you, but can in turn reduce lower and upper back pain.

A simple tip to try whilst you read this is to:

First: sit up straight, for goodness sake and…

Second: Imagine drawing your belly button in towards your spine, and then slightly up. Hold for a few seconds, release, and repeat ten more times.

The Olsen twins, although stunning, never seem to stand straight.

Try and perform repetitions of this simple exercise a few times a day – even while at your desk or sitting in traffic.

This tiny adjustment will not only make you look and feel taller, but will also help to support your spine, improve balance and when combined with kegels (google it), can even improve bladder control.

Win-win!

Can you believe this woman is plus-sized?

According to industry standards, Aussie model Bree Warren is firmly in the plus-size category.

In the modelling industry, Bree Warren is considered plus-size.

We know. It’s insane.

The Brisbane-born model gets daily reactions of shock as people can’t seem to comprehend the standards and where it leaves the rest of us.

Now based in New York, she has a list of big-name clients she’s worked for, including Lorna Jane, Forever 21 and ASOS.

“I’m tall, I’m in proportion, I have wide hips, and I’m bigger than the average model but it doesn’t always translate in photos because I’m healthy and in shape,” she tells Body & Soul.

She’s a size 12 and admits the term plus-size is silly, but by industry standards, it applies to anyone over a size 10.

Pics via Instagram

Considering the average dress size of Aussie women is 14 to 16, it’s pretty ridiculous.

What’s dangerous is the separation in society that these standards sets, as people who are size 8 are considered skinny and anyone over that with different body shapes are labelled overweight.

But Bree says that things are changing for the better and creating opportunities for models of various shapes.

“I think mainstream brands are really starting to look at booking a model for a model, regardless of size.”

Fashion for so long has only had one size in the media. It’s a step in the right direction that we’re seeing more than one body type in magazines, so that the next generation of young girls know that everyone’s created differently, and that’s OK.”

Do you own one of these sippy cups?

The popular baby and toddler cups have reportedly made more than 70 children ill.

Australian parents are being urged to check their children’s water bottles after a popular brand issued a recall due to mould issues which have reportedly made more than 70 children sick.

Tommee Tippee has recalled more than three million of its cups and bottles in the UK and North America due to the risk of mould accumulating in the valve.

The issue also affects products sold in Australia, with customers being urged to contact Tommee Tippee Australia to organise a replacement of the valve. A legal technicality means the issue is classed as a replacement and not a recall in Australia.

“Consumers have been able to contact us, their local store or distributor, dependant on their location, to arrange replacements for their white valves,” Tommee Tippee Australia wrote on its Facebook page.

“It’s a similar process in the USA and Canada, but because the regulatory procedures are different there, it is called a recall, rather than a replacement.

“If you have these cups we can organise replacements, simply PM us with your full name, address, how many cups you have and if they are for boy or girl.”

The mould – which cannot be seen unless parents take the valve apart, a task that often requires pliers and breaking the valve – has reportedly made more than 70 US babies and toddlers sick, with common symptoms including vomiting and diarrhoea.

“We have been washing and drying out the white valve perfectly every time these cups have been washed,” one concerned parent wrote on Facebook.

“After reading this, I decided to cut one of the white valves open (we have no smell or illness noted), it was absolutely disgusting, black and green mould! I had absolutely no idea. Tommee Tippee need to re-think the design.”

The company launched an investigation into the valve – which is a new design – after dozens of parents posted photos of their mouldy products on social media.

Tommee Tippee says the replacement valve will be easier to clean.
