Phoebe Burgess and her Rugby League star husband Sam Burgess announced last month they were expecting their second child. And now the 29-year-old journalist and fashionista has taken to social media, to share a genius pregnancy clothing hack!
The wife of the South Sydney Rabbitos player uploaded a video to her Instagram stories showing the trick she uses to fit her four-month baby bump into her pre-pregnancy skinny jeans.
“Best pregnancy trick. Jeans at over 4 months courtesy of hair tie,” the mum-of-one captioned the video.
At first look Phoebe’s casual outfit appears normal, however as she lifts her jumper she reveals her jeans unbuttoned but held together with a black elastic hair tie.
Hilariously, Phoebe she says she found in the bottom of her handbag.
The pregnant mum-of-one’s outfit looks very normal…
Until she reveals her four-month baby bump.
And the hair tie holding her pre-pregnancy jeans up. Genius!
The North-Sydney based mum’s pregnancy hack comes a month after her manager Sharon Finnigan confirmed the couple’s exciting family news with The Sunday Telegraph.
“I can confirm Phoebe, Sam and Poppy are beyond excited to announce that they have a new addition on the way to join their family,” Sharon said.
“They couldn’t be happier. Phoebe has continued to honour her ambassador roles with Bobbi Brown and Johnson’s Baby through this time and is Promoting Ostelin Vitamin D Awareness Day tomorrow.”
Phoebe is due to give birth in December. She and Sam have a baby girl, Poppy together.
The English-born NRL star and the journalist married in December 2015, in a stunning ceremony on Phoebe’s parent’s sprawling country estate in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.
