โ€œDonโ€™t touch it, donโ€™t wash it every day, and just let it be. That way, it saves up your hairโ€™s energy for when you have to โ€ฆ be on camera and put it under the hot lights and driers and rollers.โ€

The former Friends starlet does have some go-to products that she credits for her enviable locks.

From the โ€œRachelโ€ to her personal signature โ€˜doโ€ฆ Jen Aniston is the master of GOOD hair!

โ€œThe newest, coolest thing Iโ€™ve discovered from Living Proof and its scientific world is the Timeless Treatment. Itโ€™s a hair color protector,โ€ she told the publication.

Jen, who is also the face and co-owner of the brand, added, โ€œIt goes on and looks like a cream conditioner โ€ฆ then shower and shampoo, which activates the product to seal and protect the color. Then you condition. The concept allows you to keep the richness of your color longer.โ€
